KNITTING

All our knitting machines are up-to-date with the latest pattern systems available and are technically capable enough to knit all kinds of knitting techniques like intersia, jacquard, ottoman, milano-stitch, cable structure and links-knitting.
Machinery range includes gauges ranging from 3 to 16, as well as special intersia machines. Also in the inventory machines with long needle beds are present which allows knitting even the biggest sizes.

CONFECTION

Those who are in this business know very well that confection of fine gauge knitwear is a different speciality.
Our 6 lines of confection facility in Texim is capable enough to link all kinds of knitted garments, with any technique requested. We have linking machinery up to 21 gg, allowing us to sew even the finest knitted garments very cleanly.
Beside linking, we possess also many special confection machinery for different purposes including pockets, zips, special tags, buttons and other trimmings.

QUALITY INSPECTION

Classical systems and flows in textiles industry are based on quality inspection system at the end of the manufacturing chain. Despite the fact that this solid way is still in use today, it has been modified greatly by the advanced monitoring & engineering systems developed in the last decades.
Today, quality is something to be produced. That means, at every stage of the production, from the raw material supply to the final shipment, quality shall be a part of the process. Each and every production unit in Surtextile is managed in this principle.
